PURPOSE

This webring is primarily for the entrepreneur who wants to do business on the World Wide Web. It consists of a community of web pages of network marketers who use the WWW to sell their products and services. If you meet the requirements outlined below, you are welcomed and encouraged to submit your web site for consideration into The American Dream Webring. I would prefer to have just a small number of honest and legitimate sites than a slew of scammers and "hit-and-run" sites.


Why call it The American Dream Webring?

The webring is called The American Dream because owning one's own business IS an American Dream. And it is one dream that is attainable through Network Marketing. The American Dream Webring is for those that wish to pursue that dream and for those that have started on the road toward it through Network Marketing.


REQUIREMENTS

There are stringent requirements for this webring and they are strictly enforced. If you do not meet ALL the requirements, you will not be added to the webring. This is necessary in order to keep out the "GET-RICH-QUICK" schemes and scams. This webring can be a valuable tool for the legitimate entrepreneur and network marketer. By strict enforcement, I mean:

  1. If you modify your web page AFTER you are added to the webring and you no longer meet ALL the requirements..........you will be removed from the ring PERMENENTLY; no resubmittal will be allowed.
  2. If you modify the webring HTML code without prior permission from the webring manager (me)..........you will be removed from the ring and into the queue until the code is corrected.
  3. 3 bounced e-mails will result in your site being removed from the webring PERMENENTLY. Exception to this is when the submitter notified the webring manager in advance that their e-mail address is being changed and the site information is updated at the same time.
  4. "Dead" sites will be removed from the webring and into the queue IMMEDIATELY upon discovery or notification to the Webring Manager.


Now on to the REQUIREMENTS:

  1. The webring HTML code MUST be placed on web page that was submitted and that page must meet Requirement #3.
  2. If you have sound on your web site you must include a way to turn off the sound. It is preferred that the sound is initially OFF.
  3. The purpose of your site MUST be primarily dealing with a sale of an actual product or service. The network marketing opportunity/distributorship MUST be secondary.
  4. ALL claims and statements on the submitted web site MUST be truthful and NOT misleading. All of them MUST be clear and straight-forward.
  5. No bulk e-mailing services will be allowed into the webring that support and/or encourage mass e-mailing of unsolicited commercial e-mail. The ONLY exception would be if the submitter can demonstrate that their service uses OPT-IN lists EXCLUSIVELY.

There are also a few points that you must bear in mind:

  1. Sites can only be added to the webring by the Webring Manager. After adding the webring HTML code to your submitted page, e-mail me to let me know that the page is ready for review and addition to the webring community.
  2. Site will only be allowed to remain in the queue for 10 days. If you are not added within that time period, your site will be dropped from the queue and you will have to resubmit your site. It is to your benefit to add the webring HTML code and make sure that it works properly as soon after you submit your site because I may not be able to get to add your site immediately when I receive your e-mail.
All decisions of the Webring Manager are FINAL and Non-Negotiable.
